Our refund policy is simple. If you are not satisfied with our service or believe you made a mistake in choosing your subscription type and/or payment plan, please contact us. We'll be happy to refund the full amount (not pro-rated) within your first 30 days of signing up to our service.

In the rare case when we experienced extended downtime that adversely impacted you (multiple hours in a day or multiple days in a month), we'd be happy to apply a corresponding credit to your account.
